Ralphael Oghagbon

Evaluation manager


Health economist Ralphael is passionate about reducing health inequalities through better analysis and understanding of data.

With a Master’s degree in health economics and health policy, he has specialised knowledge in health economic modelling and economic evaluation techniques such as cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and social return on investment (SROI).

Ralphael also has four years’ experience working for Public Health England – first as a cancer analyst and more recently as an assistant economist, managing the development of a drugs and alcohol commissioning tool and evaluating the return on investment of interventions for drug, alcohol and tobacco dependency.
