Kyle is a social researcher who has worked in archaeology, academia, and consultancy for the public and third sector, including the NHS. His experience and interests include health equity, services for those with multiple complex needs, and LGBT health. Prior to working as a consultant, Kyle completed a PhD at UCL on diversity and change management in contemporary archives and museums. While at UCL, he also collaborated with qualitative health researchers on a number of projects.
Kyle grew up partly in London and then returned to the United States to get his BA at Stanford and then worked as an archaeologist for the National Parks and still very much enjoys spending his free time outside, walking, camping, and doing woodworking.
