Helena joined ICHP on a six-month placement with On Purpose, a leadership programme for people looking to make a positive impact through their career. Prior to joining On Purpose, Helena spent 9 years working in arts administration and marketing, most recently specialising in CRM and email marketing. Throughout her time in the arts, projects and roles have included learning about and promoting dementia-friendly events and ways of working, leading the CRM team at the Royal Opera House, touring musicians, coordinating recording sessions and photo shoots and working cross-departmentally to source and implement new software.
Helena has a degree in German Studies and Music from the University of Birmingham and spent a year studying in Munich. She also has 6 years’ experience as a swimming instructor and has worked as a singer at a variety of leading venues and festivals.
Helena is deeply driven by improving people’s health and wellbeing, and is passionate about coaching and supporting women in the workplace.
